SushiDog Bishopsgate

Had to have a quick dinner tonight alone. Order chicken only because ahi was marinated and I needed to watch my salt to that was a NO! It was delicious and 50p was additional for avocado, no issue it was small and ripe. The bowl I made to order includes five toppings and then additional toppings are 30p more. Again reasonable. My bowl was £8.95 and very good value. Only few seats against front window so more for take away

One of my favourite work lunch spots in the city. They’re always absolutely delicious with generous portions of protein and fresh, flavourful toppings. I’d definitely recommend getting their sushi dog - essentially a large sushi burrito - as it allows you to have each ingredient and sauce all together in one yummy bite. This is a great spot to try Japanese flavours you’d expect from sushi but in a completely customisable way. Not too pricey too - usually under £10 but can go up another £3 for double protein (which I recommend!). Overall, always delicious and will definitely be coming back.

I had a great experience trying Sushidog for the first time. I enjoyed the prawn katsu avocado roll, which was delicious and prepared quickly. The concept is exciting, and I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Other options on the menu include the signature poke bowls, salad bowls, and tater tots.

We ordered the signature salmon dogs and they were amazing. They were very tasty and filling. (£7.95). The shop is aesthetic inside and next time we go we will definitely make our own sushi dogs!

Great little alternative to standard sushi. I tied the katsu sushi dog, which is more like a burrito.. but was great. Nice warn crunchy chicken with veg and rice and a lovely sauce. I added red chillies for a extra kick. Will be going back to try their sushi bowls and salad. Plus all the meats are Halal!!

Daniela was so sweet and accommodating. An unusually brilliant hospitality experience for what is normally a commuter / tourist nightmare area to grab food before your train. The team really care about providing good service, even as we stumbled through extremely tired and a bit hormonal. Took everything in their stride. Whoever is in charge has put together a brilliant team, it would be a mistake for this to be overlooked or undervalued :) There is an irreplaceable welcoming vibe in this shop and we will be back soon!!

SushiDog’s signature salmon roll was served quickly - took only 5-10 mins before it was ready to go. The salmon roll was quite tasty, along with fresh ingredients, and the rice was cooked perfectly. I don’t think it could be better than that. It had a lot of different, nice, crunchy flavours that went well together. I asked for spicy sauce, and it was good too! Would go there again!
